I cannot bill your insurance, but I will provide all the documentation that you need to file for reimbursement. 

All of my estimates include a fully detailed scope of the work to be completed. You will receive a written report with a breakdown of the cost and time estimated for your project.

Both your and my time is important, and neither of us want it to be wasted.  I will communicate with you every step of the way, via phone or text, with my arrival time, completion time, and any unforeseen issues that may arise while working on your project.  I will do my absolute best to work with your schedule to make my visit to your home as comfortable as possible.

I price my jobs out by the project, not by the hour.  If I was paid by the hour, and had to take a phone call, neither of us would be happy as I sat in my truck talking to someone instead of working.  By pricing by the project, you can rest assured that the final invoice will be free of any surprise amounts.

Some projects would require you to pre-purchase an item, such as a ceiling fan, or faucet.  However, I try to stock as many often-needed supplies as possible to avoid any break in work, such as hoses, shims, fasteners, etc.  

I can also pick up items that you've purchased, and deliver them to the job, provided I have been listed as the designated pick-up person at the store.  We can also meet at the store to make the purchase together if needed.

Note: any time spent shopping or delivering is considered billable and will be added to the final invoice.
